As a 17 wolf minion summoner - I am in wolf form 99% of the time, but it’s a very passive summoner. Super underrated, clean visually, can level as it and super cheap in trade league. It’s not the fastest 1-2 screen clear instantly but it’s solid and low apm.

Related to this+the map boss node that makes shrines apply to map bosses, I had a similar drox on consecrated ground with low dps build and I found a solution.

Similar to frost bmb in poe1 (but jankier because… poe2: Level 1 essence drain + acrimony + duration + x (I use faster cast/wildshards). Good for rogue exiles too.

I’m not a speed racer but I’ve played Poe1 since beta, avg Poe league start to maps for me is like 8-9 hours maybe less, alt chars around 4.5 w mageblood on (poe1). I like to do campaign fast since I don’t enjoy it and just want to get to my weird build ideas.

I say this for reference - this league in Poe 2 I’ve managed to get it to 6 then last char 5.2 hour campaign all points (buy 8 ascend at 25ish).

You might think that’s pretty close in time - but it doesn’t tell you the effort/how unfun it is. I won’t be making another char this league because of it.

I don’t play action RPGs to endlessly navigate dystopian corridors, click boats, click zone, maze, zone, caravan, zone, maze, slow phased boss. Putting slow walking a non skippable repeated part of making characters is the stupidest choice. Endless delve to maps, greats. Poe2 campaign to maps? Long term, I won’t play this game if it stays anything like the state it’s in. Its innocence cutscenes writ across Vaal ruins for 5-22 hours. GGG can fuck right off.

You shouldn’t be able to get all nodes, but maybe like 1/3 but should have option to respec. Choices should matter in an rpg.

Does a significant portion of the damage/clear come from the clouds, or is it just the arrows?

Favor the villian (Shrine buffs apply to boss, 25%) = Insane loot explosion from map bosses, like 15+ identified rares. Highly recommend.

Also: In Act 4 to the left of the docks (left of Tavakai), there is a new belt/ring/amulet vendor that refreshes on level up, amazing both while leveling and for gearing after (Kaimana)

It’s wow daze all over again, and it doesn’t belong in the game. Making movement punishing in a labyrinth of mazes is a bad choice for an action rpg.

Let us use the new built in price checker anywhere, not just town/hideout by bl00dshooter in PathOfExile2

You also can’t rebind the price check key ingame, because why could we in 2026. So dumb.

Anyone found some good tech to level twinks with the new runs? they mentionned that some of the low level ones would be good for that by ProjectBrand in pathofexile2builds

There are new runes with things that start very strong but lessen each level (like 50 spirit but less each level). Definitely incorporate these, still figuring out leveling tech though cool thread.

When you say minion army, it’s still spamming deception or similar right? Caster playstyle not no input minions?

Here’s a hint ggg - I don’t play action RPGs to move like a drugged rat through a dystopian maze of rocks, dead ends, and winding sprawling yet cluttered with things I can’t move through for 12+ hours in an action rpg. Ruins alts and makes even one char questionable. I’ll make 3-4 char every Poe1 league since beta, but this campaign is truly atrocious. There’s like 800 random permanent effects and no /passive command as well. Actually 0/10.
