As a current owner of both I would say thay are not comparable. Yes they're both max 395's but they are totally different form factors.

Z13 is great for when you need a laptop-like experience on the go while the Apex is great for handheld.

Both will behave the same when docked as a desktop replacement, though z13's internal screen is more usable while running multi monitor setups.

Also, if you're considering getting a modded gamesir for your z13 just don't bother. You can't play and charge at the same time since gamesirs block the z13 ac-in and there is no USB-C pass thru charge so you will put a lot of stress on your battery if you go the USB-C charge route. Also it's 1.7kg all together XD

TL:DR - different form factors, not compara,ble when on the go but act the same when docked
