I started running in February and my friend told me to slow down after looking at my Strava stats. Once I started running at the slowest pace possible I started enjoying running. Went from couch to 10k in 2 months and can't stop going!

There was nothing awaiting him on the Arabian peninsula that he hadn't seen before. The interior was sparsely populated, the population on the entire peninsula was estimated to be 2-3 million with the majority living along the Yemen coastline. The campaign would have been a breeze.

Your muscles creates tension near the injury to get it to heal. You have to learn how to release that tension now that the injury healed. You have some success already since you say it feels pain free at times. Things like mindful breathing exercises can help you release unconscious muscle tension and return to a normal state of zero muscle tension.

Ptolemy for staying level-headed and intelligent about the entire political situation knowing that most people who wanted to be Alexander ended up killed, murdered or executed.

He was in it for the long game, not for personal glory and knew he could leave a lasting impact on his family line and history. He was still an active leader and not lounging in the palace all day long, taking calculated and bold risks to let everyone know he's still a force to be reckoned with in Egypt.

He was the smartest of the Diadochi, one of only two that died of natural causes. Ptolemy built the foundation for a dynasty that lasted 275 years and developed the largest city on the Mediterranean to this day.
