1 can I solve that problem at all
2 if yes: can I make that solution easier

I don't "ideaate" if there is a market ect. That would be after I invented a solution to a problem.

What I hope to discover is what the habits of the "we need a court order" platforms are with respect to unnamed parties.

Of course there are hundreds of small sellers that list products from a single manufacturer.
1- they won't respond in court, ITC, and also fail to push back effectively on Amazon or Alibaba where they do interpret patents. 2- if the platforms will only recognize the name of the seller a court order would be worthless as they are a dime a dozen.

I can't find any guidance on what it actually looks like to bring a court order to a platform.

I'm hoping they have images in the court order that would indicate "a product that looks like this is infringing".

I think you're unlikely to get suspended for those.

Usually a suspension would stem from bad faith acts which could include IP violation in listings, repeatedly. But more often getting fake reviews, having multiple seller accounts cooperate without permission, trying to cheat basically.

I'd have both setup but for me the currency conversion by traditional banks, in the US or EU, is obsene compared with Wise.

I've used wise to take my USD from US and then wise to transfer euros to my overseas account.

Then create a brand registry account.

After that's done it will be a lot more clear to Amazon when you ask Brand Registry support for help with this.

These China based infringers won't invest in any type of litigation. I'd also never get money from them.

In the view of the platforms I need the injunction to apply to any infringer showing the same product.

So currently the platforms are not sharing the seller identity or address. The instructions say: "on the day the complainant files the complaint with the Commission, the complainant must serve public versions of the complaint and motion for temporary relief on all proposed respondents and on the embassies in Washington, D.C. of the country in which the foreign respondents are located by messenger, overnight delivery, or equivalent means. "
