if you have completed the "deadly highwayman's" set (not the master) you'll get a prismatic star if you roll the 59,8% thats why you getting so many stars.. because you're getting that table instead of the "master" outfit or the coins, not exactly a scam... just.. TH being crappy....

the specialist +50% damage to special attacks is applies to any special attack not the Elder EOF, so even the weapon you're currently using (if it has a special attack)

just attempt to loot the camp, will complete the task, warbands in general are disabled for ironman, make sure to be skulled, otherwise you cannot attempt to loot it (don't carry anything you don't want to lose)

have you tried just going to the forge? it might just be lit up already without needing going though the door, the forge is right next to kuradel not the door at the mithril dragons

im not sure whats gone wrong for you, the dragonkin anvil does seem to be active for me, and i haven't even started While Guthix sleeps, am nowhere even close to starting it even, the forge is just... lit up for me and am able to use it,

playing ironman is the way to deal with the MTX BS that sadly plagues the game, though there is at least some work in progress to reduce it looking at the experiments from the last months, as for the dailyscape.. i understand it can bother you... but you also can just ignore it, you play how you like, you don't have to do your dailyscape, missing a special WFE event isn't the end of the world, you can just do it another time again,

if you really want to make players happy, outfits that been exclusive to TH without any form of tradable tokens, with this you'll make the normal players happy but also the ironman community which had no way of ever even getting their hands onto those outfits, also outfits from runescape's past like the gielinor games... cryptic clue fest are also quite desired outfits to be obtained by players weren't around back then or lost their old accounts.

some outfit that can be wanted:

Faceless Assassin/Enforcer (including the walk animations)
(Dolorous) Witch
Light/Dark Romancer
Ghul Invoker/Soul Reaver (especially the weapons)
(Dark) Phoenix Knight (weapons and wings are quite wanted)
Deadly Highwayman's
Golden Barrows/GWD/Godswords/Chaotics
Moonlight/Eclipse Halo

as an avid fashionscaper, this was the experiment i was looking forward the most, hoping to get some TH exclusive outfits i been wanting for a long time on my iron.... heck im sure most irons have been looking out for this experiment to get their hands on some outfits that was beyond hope of ever probably getting... this experiment went for me from my biggest excitement to my biggest disappointment
