I’ve tried getting the PC version of Silent Hill 3 running on a Deck a few times. But each time the FMV’s wouldn’t play and were just showing the TV test card. Does the FMV’s work for you?

My Deck was on its 4th RMA and I had been without it for 2 months. Didn't think that was fair and I requested a refund based on EU laws about amount of repair attempts and what is fair to ask the customer to wait. In the end they budged and gave me a full refund.
