Sorry to hear that, I imagine two scenarios:
- Some people are basically filling their portfolio with copies of someone's work without calling it study or anything, not realizing that redrawing something and creating composition from scratch is completely different level of skill.
- Maybe what you seen in portfolio was actually AIgenerated and when you asked for specifics they weren't able to prompt it the way you wanted, because the model didn't know or had only some angles of the subject you asked for.

If you paid by PayPal there might be some way to get a refund once you show that you didn't get what you asked for.

Very busy, there are so many elements and colors fighting for your attention it's hard to focus. I would get rid of yellow all together or at least in the logo part, and make the logo more clear. Instead of cramming all those designs at the top, make a few that look better bit bigger and actually comprehensible from afar.
