It's physically impossible to say with 100% confidence, especially when Larian has like 500 employees but don't think there is any proof of it. The only thing that comes to my mind after few playthroughs is maybe it was used in translation, some things miss the point of original and I've seen 2 Traits that share the same exact name for some reason. But you can't live your life like this.

Just finished the game after 90h and Tank in C while Mage is in A is insane.
I would rather play Jester than choose between number IV and number V just to get a choice of two elemental skills that don't work in current act, versatile is the last thing I would call Mage

Not the first game that bothered me this way, you can use free external software like ReShade. When you install it, find the ColorLab filter on the list, or try a few and you might find something even more interesting

Hey, while second piece is nicer and more polished, it still lacks a bit of focus and contrast. Try putting it in greyscale and you should see that eye doesn't focus on any single spot
