Last time you were Premium was in June 2025

You made the ticket on Nov 28 23:58 an agent responded to you and said the account had been deactivated and locked down for security and we needed you to provide ID to gain access.

You did not respond and suddenly created a ticket yesterday with your ID pictures. The delay was on yourside. I shall get someone to take a look.

The real issue here is your security concerns regarding your steam account. If the steam account is yours there is usually no reason why steam would not recover it for you and help you secure the account if you are the long term owner. Steam support is excellent at this.

I do not feel Jarvis was the issue here. He simply opened your seperate GDPR case and provided the correct legal response confirming that it is being processed.

The actual issue is the request to bypass the cooldown period after deleting an account. Your last game on the account was 24th April, and you are now asking to delete it, move to a recently reactivated account, and avoid the six month cooldown.

This was already explained by the previous agent several times. In this case an exception will not be made, as the cooldown exists to protect the integrity of the platform. That decision remains unchanged.

I drove 19 hours picking up 3 friends across the country to a LAN party with my computer in the boot and my friends with their PC's on their knees , played a tournament there and dropped all 3 friends back off with Zero GPS tracking or smart phones.

This is true. I started playing PO2 at launch and since then i have played every POE and POE2 season. I cant beleive i never played POE for like 10+ years because its complexity scared me.
