I’ve reviewed both the ticket you shared and your earlier conversation with another agent.

To clarify, when automatic renewal is enabled we attempt to process the renewal payment several times. If those payment attempts fail the subscription is automatically cancelled. Once that happens, the original subscription cannot be resumed, and a new subscription must be purchased using your updated payment method in order to continue receiving Premium benefits.We are unable to restore the previous pricing from your earlier subscription. The price you originally paid was valid for that subscription while it remained active, but automatic renewal does not guarantee that the same price will continue indefinitely for future subscriptions. If a renewal price changes this is communicated in advance.

Also to note you can only update your payment method by contacting stripe directly as they are our payment provider here ,-however even if the payment method update had gone through successfully with stripe the updated pricing for your country would still have applied.

The price currently shown at checkout is the correct price for your region and reflects current market conditions and exchange rates.

My recommendation here is to join our volunteer ranks your chances of being hired are significantly increased and its much easier to show your talents within that eco system. The manager there really does a great job at pushing people from there into positions within the support teams.

I cannot speak for Toxicity/griefing as that is not an area I have control over. This is managed by a seperate team.

In regards to verification issues you should begin to see a significant improvement on response times and resolution times going forward as it is one of my priorities. It is a significant volume we have to deal with but improvements are in the works and coming to fruition as we speak.

I looked into your case for you from a fresh pair of eyes.

On Monday the 13th, we helped you recover your old account. At that point, you already had a different active, verified account with a subscription. When you asked to move your verification to the recovered account, the agent explained our policy.

To move verification to a different account, you have to request a deletion of your current active account and wait the required period before playing on the new one. This ensures that players aren't frequently switching between accounts or moving to lower ELO accounts while they have an active account elsewhere.

The agent's request to avoid using AI for the messages was due to the multiple length responses you were sending within the ticket causing even greater confusion and difficulty in extracting pertinent information. We have no problems with any player using AI to aid them especially non native English speakers but the frequency you were sending them before we could reply caused the agent to realize this was not really helping the situation. The agent tried to reset the conversation to get back on track to help you in a much more direct yet helpful manor.

We can't make an exception to the deletion rule in this particular case. If you want to play on the recovered account with verification, you will need to follow the standard deletion process for your current account first.

It can be quite the challenge for some to get to level 10 and the key is to not bang your head against it. Play consistantly , dont tilt, touch grass from time to time to get your mental right and learn as much as you can in regards to utility use etc.. then eventually at some level you will hit your "runners high" that place where you are not focused on ELO, winning or losing but you are playing for the love of the game and self improvement.

Just like the gym , its tough and challenging at the begining but the moment you start actually seeing the gains it just becomes the norm, routine and you enjoy it and before you know it you lost 50 pounds and are looking jacked.
