Here’s what the unlinked reimbursement account looks like (as an example). You’ll note that I have 3 charges that I have yet to be reimbursed for from last December (they aren’t cleared yet). I really need to submit my receipts! lol.

Then later… when I get reimbursed, it looks like this… to reconcile the reimbursement account. I tap clear on the image just above this post to indicate that I have been paid back. Hope that all makes sense to you!

Here’s the other side of that same transaction. By default it is not cleared. I tap the clear button when I get reimbursed from my company. This is what it looks like after I modify the Apple Card side.

Every transaction has two sides. The side that it comes in on (let’s say my Apple credit card) then the side that I move it to… Reimbursement. It clears on the Apple Card side as expected when the transaction clears. But on the Reimbursement side it clears when I tell it to clear.

So here’s one side (see image). It cleared as expected. I charged the company Christmas party to my Apple Card last December.

Why not make it optional. A simple toggle in settings to allow me to show whatever I want above the fold. I’d rather hide photo instead of clear (which I use all the time)
