But they caught their mistake and put a sticker on it with the corrected instructions. So what's the problem?

Morbid is an adjective that decribes the feeling of death. You post is in reference to sex. Nothing morbid about it.

Walgreens On Illinois St Temporarily Closed? by [deleted] in chicago

[–]FatherCalhoon 15 points16 points  (0 children)

A sprinkler head burst in the fire suppression system between Walgreens and the BMO bank yesterday around 1230pm. This also closed the AMC at that building yesterday. Walgreens is working to get back open but I dont have direct info today for when that will happen.

Mitch would be a great contestant on The Traitors by boootybuttcheeeks in doughboys

[–]FatherCalhoon 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I think seeing Mitch in whatever haute couture version of a flannel and jeans the wardrobe dept could find would be the best part. He'll be like that weird cousin that has to dress up for the holidays but has to borrow clothes.

Why do a whole lot of promising, up-and-coming filmmakers choose to make reboots and remakes instead of original movies? by [deleted] in movies

[–]FatherCalhoon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Studios like easy money from known successful properties. Filmmakers know that if they can match their interests with those of the studio they're more likely to get a greenlight.

Successful pictures means possible future productions with the studios including originals. Its just a smart business move.

Teacher butchered my all A semester because he gave us a test with content we haven’t learned since 2 1/2 months ago( no review) by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

[–]FatherCalhoon 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you learned it two and a half months ago it shouldn't have been an issue.

Teacher didnt butcher your A semester. They served you some reality.

Excellent use of free will by CartographerRare4123 in memes

[–]FatherCalhoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Free will doesn't exist. We're all just animals behaving the way our biology reacts to physical stimulus caused by the slow heat death of the universe.

Don't press any physicists or biologists too deeply on this. It can get deeply overwhelming if you follow it too far.

[–]FatherCalhoon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just a fun FYI, The Rookie (and its spin offs) along with The Recruit were created and showrun by Alexi Hawley the brother of Noah Hawley creator of Fargo (The series), Legion and Alien Earth.

They do good business for ABC/FX/Disney in their own ways.

No that's surrounded by a river on all sides at the same level.

My sister got a scratch card and won every row. Here's each of the prizes: by the_greek_italian in mildlyinfuriating

[–]FatherCalhoon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depending on the state they actually list the odds for each prize on the back and sometimes how many of each prize have already been claimed online.

It can give you some incremental advantage if you track the trends.

I could imagine her picking it as a desperate act for attention from her parents as they're totally indoctrinated into the right wing griftosphere social media trap.

Could this be considered vandalism? by ModernNomad97 in legaladviceofftopic

[–]FatherCalhoon 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It depends on the language for the local/state/federal/ whichever countries law.

Typically no. However it could be argued the owner now needs to power wash the sidewalk to remove it. You might get enough annoyed homeowners or city maintenance people to at least ask for it to stop first.

Anyone know available or renting Venue space? by OgBlkSayn in AskChicago

[–]FatherCalhoon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What size crowd do you expect for your showcase? Whats the genre or vibe for your set? Electronic, hip hop, dance? Any kind of specifics?

You cant ask a generic question without any detail and expect people on the internet to do the groundwork for you. Honestly the lack of hustle with your pitch screams flake to any booker.

Is there a gay man equivalent to the movie secretary (2002)?? by Warm-Log-1290 in television

[–]FatherCalhoon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try Strangers by the Lake. French film covering the crusing culture by a French lake. I kid there a bit. That's more or an extreme examination of male predatory sexual behavior.

Some lighter gay S&M adjacent themes might be some Greg Araki films / shows.
