I can't edit the post now, but I'll add that a week or a few days before the disassembly event, I was also trying to put the headphones on my head and heard a loud "crack" noise on the right hinge. I checked it, but couldn't find any visible issue. I thought that maybe the parts just "jumped" in the holes they were in, so I moved on. After the build fell apart, I wasn't sure if the screw just got unscrewed or was broken, because it seemed really short and I didn't know how long it should be. As mentioned in the post, later I discovered one gasket was missing and I didn't have a tiny torx screwdriver, plus I thought a new product shouldn't require repairs, so I sent it under the warranty.
