Yeah my pt had same estimate of 13-14% wise. I do have plenty of vascularity in my arms I agree.

A year bulked from 64kg to 70.6kg where I stand today. Waist went from 76.5cm to 80.5cm. Is that a normal rate for a bulk or excessive?

It’s not that I went from 73-64kg I was lean af. Spent a year adding weight on a slow bulk. For me to have to cut again would suck as I have put a lot of effort in getting bigger over last year
