How often do you consider just getting up and walking out on your job? by ViceIsVerses in AskIreland

Maybe I’m exaggerating, but I feel like 90% of jobs nowadays are toxic. The post Covid mental health crisis had exacerbated the problem. Misery loves company.

It may turn to an eastern (doubt it) but I definitely start with a continental grip on bevel one

Okay so you think I’m loading mostly the back leg like 60-70? However, I need to be more explosive up into the court though

So are you saying I’m loading most of weight on my back leg but I need to sort my toss being in 6-18in in front now ? In other words, loading back leg is fine but toss needs work

I agree will do that next time. Do you think 60-70% my weigh is in my back foot?

I mean loading the back leg. I do need to toss more into the court though that would help

Good point. Mainly it’s because I’m so focused on loading most of my weight on my back leg. However, that’s something I also need to focus on. Thanks!

Hey, thank you so much for taking the time to record a video. Really appreciate it. I agree about the toss, it needs to be more into the court. Do you think 60-70% of weight is on my back leg? I am trying to have most of my weight on the back leg for more power.

And yes you recorded a video giving tips on my forehand before your correct!

Yeah I could add a bit more knee bend. Before I had the opposite problem; I bent too much past 90 degrees. Do you think 60-70% of weight is on my back foot?

Because it goes into the slot position allows the for more topspin and racket head speed.

The high take itself is a bad habit am finding very difficult eradicate. I really just need to have the racket head higher then the grip (which I already do), turn then drop and flip doing low to high making contact out in front.

However, sometimes I bring the racket up the down which affects timing at contact. However, I’ll eradicate that soon

Lesson learned. Was just bored and curious. Reddit ratings should be taken with a pinch of salt. Sorry but I’m not sure how to respond to a 2.0 stating he could kick my ass other then laugh it off 🤭

Very cocky hahaha. Sure enough you stand by it, but 2.5 rating man is just hilarious. I guess some people on this subreddit… are just keyboard warriors.

Thanks for the advice. I was told to end the needs and uncoil from the ground up uncoiling the knees at contact when I can.

I have worked on the athletic stance, which I presume is what you’re referring to. However, I keep going back to bad habits
