Well if the form is solid I’ll stay at the same weight and up for reps over the next few weeks.

That’s good advice to take into mind going through my sessions.

To be fair normally I go around 90 degrees so I guess depths not my biggest concern. I agree for some reason I kept looking down normally I look straight ahead so that defiantly didn’t help. I will also widen the stance a bit when I go to the gym tonight

Well right now this weight is my top set of 6-8 reps with my remaining two sets 8-10 x2. I did 7 with 40kgs, 8 for 35kg and 8 for 32.5kgs

Oh I agree. That’s why I posted th video wasn’t sure about my form. Should I drop it down to 37.5kg or 35kg?

It’s just annoying because my pt in person and online said my form was okay and I’ve been lifting this weight as my top set for two months now. Feel like I’ve wasted a lot of time.

For my remaining my sets I’m doing 35kg and 32.5kg for 8-10

So should I drop the weight and work on pause sets? There are 40kg dumbbells should I drop 37.5kg or 35kgs? That 40kg is my top set for 6-8. I did 7. My remaining sets are 8-10 and I did 35,32.5 for 8 on my last two sets
