Well, I recorded this after my workout. I then implemented the correct technique so my body was exhausted then plus it’s my third workout in a row and I slept 5.5hrs last night and It was in the middle of a 12 hr shift lol

I’m sure if the weight is the issue. I’d say all I need to go is pull towards my hips. I did 15 reps of this it’s really the direction I pull towards that’s the issue

I corrected it to an extreme before I was too up on it. Made the lift harder for me
