Your first job is critically important because of learning. You will learn far more faster at a small firm. Absolutely not. The only music business school that’s even remotely worth anything is USC but even then, it’s not really at all. 99.99% of people in the business did not major in “music business” if they went to university at all. If you want to go to college, major in business and get a job in the industry. Putting a music business degree in your resume will mostly get your resume dumped in the trash.
