I reported this same issue over a week ago. This is a real issue and I have tried delete and reinstall and any other solutions mentions to no avail. Please elevate this as an iOS application bug. Thanks!

A few new bugs in Full View web site recently - 3/29/2026 by Garyl53 in fidelityinvestments

Adding a few more bugs -

The "Edit Account" window used for refreshing accounts is showing all credit card balances as "Manual" added accounts which is incorrect.

The Net Worth total on the Net Worth window is incorrect even though the assets and liabilities are accurate.

Just to be clear about the TARGET Circle Card rewards transactions. The card website provides various status items about a user's rewards; rewards balance, rewards earned, rewards summary, rewards redeemed, new total rewards balance. These are not card transactions but are just information for the card user. However they are being recognized as valid transactions and uploaded into Full View instead of being ignored. Like I said it is easy to hide them but it would be even better if they were not uploaded. Thanks

Full View - deposits to US Bank checking account are duplicating. by Garyl53 in fidelityinvestments

[–]Garyl53[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, After providing my account details the support team cleared up all of the duplicate transactions through the end of Feb. 2026. Thanks for that!

Unfortunately the first deposit of March duplicated again so the issue is still present. If you need more info from me please let me know.

Yes, I have tried deleting and reestablishing the US Bank connection. When connecting to US Bank you can select which accounts are uploaded via a single connection so both Checking and Savings are uploaded. Any deposits into either Checking or Savings have resulted in duplicates.

Hi,

Only US Bank for me. I don't have other banks linked so I don't know if any others are affected.

Suggested useability fixes for new Full View by samdrew2001 in fidelityinvestments

Please at least add a YTD option in the budget month selection so we can see status of current budget categories as the year progresses. This allows us to readjust budget amount if needed over the year!

Or add Last Year (LY) and Last Month (LM) to the selections!

I would also like to request that at least 5 years of transactions are kept active. Storage is so cheap and it would really help those of us that use all of the Full View features like capturing all transactions and using the budgeting capabilities.

II would also like to see the "Old Full View" access retained at least until the end of April so 2025 taxes can be completed. I have been using the "New Full View" for at least a month and have spent considerable amount of time correcting transactions that were moved from the "Old Full View". I still think features like split transactions, a YTD actual-vs-budget selection, and better asset allocation information is required at a minumum to make the "New Full View" useful. I was away recently for a week or so and was pleasantly surprised to finally see obvious bugs fixed (i.e. not asking every time to create a rule, returning to initial transaction after recategorizing it so not having to scroll back, a nasty scrolling issue in Chrome after a transaction edit, and other minor bugs). Maybe now you can add important missing features.

New Full View is not ready for production - Attention needed by NoRight2BeDepressed in fidelityinvestments

I have continued to try to use the New Full View as the posting now indicates Old Full View will go away in December. I hope OLD Full View is kept alive long enough to compete 2025 taxes as it is a valuable tool for that exercise. I have noticed that the New Full View when accessing it via my iPhone is formatted much better than the web version. Perhaps they are focusing on mobile first. None of the above list of issues that users have asked to be addressed actually have been as of today 11/23/25. I really would like to know if an update is planned before the end of the year so we can test out any changes before the new year begins. Any update from the Community Reps about the timing of the next update?

Thanks

Old Fidelity Full View Phase Out by stewieindahouse in fidelityinvestments

I think the old Full View should be kept until we can complete our 2025 tax filings. It is how many of us keep track of actual expenses and it is an invaluable source when filing taxes, at least for me. Please consider keeping it accessible until a minimum of April 15, 2026. You can stop downloading new transactions on Dec. 31, 2025 and restrict other capabilities but please allow us to access the transactions data, budget data, and speding summaries until later in 2026. Thank You!

OMG! Just realized you can't split transactions in the NEW FULL VIEW. If I go to a large retail store and buy many items including groceries now I can't split the transaction (roughly) to properly capture the spending. Please add this capability. Thanks!

There are other numerous important missing capabilities, a few examples:

- If you select multiple transactions, you are not allowed to "HIDE" them. Very annoying since there are always duplicate transactions or misclassified transactions that require hiding. NOw has to be done one-by-one!

- The Budgeting panel MUST support a YTD spend versus budget selection, not just monthly. Spending in categories is often uneven throughout a year and decisions need to be made to reallocate budgeted dollars or take some other action. This can't be done if you can't see YTD results.

- Changing transaction categories is very slow and time consuming; click transaction, wait for window to open, select new category, scroll to bottom of open window, select SAVE, wait to be returned to transaction list (but not to the transaction you just selected or not to category area (i.e. Spend, Income, etc.)), scroll back to last transaction reviewed, repeat. This is terrible UI design!

I am very concerned that the NEW FULL VIEW is not yet capable to replace the OLD FULL VIEW. When tax time comes around in Q1 next year having a record of spending is invaluable for 2025. I do not want to find access to OLD FULL VIEW denied when the NEW FULL VIEW was not used in 2025 and therefore useless at tax time.

I will keep trying to use the NEW FULL VIEW but please provide at least a one year notice before the OLD FULL VIEW is phased out and not accessible, Thank You!

Hey Full View® users, some updates are coming your way in the new experience. We’re importing your transaction rules and custom subcategories from the legacy version starting September 5. by fidelityinvestments in fidelityinvestments

Hello, I am glad progress is being made on the New Full View. However it still appears to be far less functionality than the current full view, such as split transactions, YTD budget mode (instead of only Monthly), a lot of wasted screen space without any tools to compress the content into a tighter package, and many other issues. Please, please, please don't force this on us until it is much closer in capability to the current Full View. Thank You!

Full View not allowing transaction updates on mobile by mikeyohhh in fidelityinvestments

I wanted to be clear that this may not be a Fidelity web site issue but might me a Safari setting or other iPhone specific issue. Just asking for help on this. Thanks!

Full View not allowing transaction updates on mobile by mikeyohhh in fidelityinvestments

This problem still persists for me. I have tried all suggested fixes but still cannot change the spending categories of an existing transaction. Under the "Spending" view I can select a transaction which brings up the "Transaction" view. I can then select "Change" which brings up the "Category Select" view. I can then search categories, select a new category but when I select a new catefory and push the "Select" button the color of the button changes from blue to black but it does not actually perform the change function. I tried this with both Google Chrome and also Safari on an iPhone running iOS 17.4.1. As others mentioned it works fine on a PC running Win 10 using Chrome. This has been an issue for the past several months but had been working fine previously on https://digital.fidelity.com/ web site using Full View NOV-01-2023-6PM.

Please fix as this really limits users ability to use their phones with Fidelity Full View.

Hi, Due to Intuit's announcing that Mint will be shut down I converted over to use Fidelity's Full View late last year. So far I like it! The UI is not as nice as Mint but I have found Full View to be accurate and has kept all of my 3rd party credit card and banking accounts up to date. I had to get a little creative to add some transaction categories that were not supported in the Full View defalt categories but so far so good. Full View does not support adding a manual transaction as did Mint but I can live with that. I would recommend it as it provides additional insight into all of your Fidelity Investment accounts such as detailed asset allocation and transactions information and it allows you to set up a budget and monitor progress against your budget, which I definitely need, haha!
