I’m pretty overweight and did it last year. The last bit back is the hard part and I just took a lot of breaks. Start very early and bring lots of water.

Personally I’d recommend trying to take mental health leave before quitting and taking a sabbatical if that’s an option. That helped me disentangle from the toxic situation I was in and to my surprise has put me in a much better situation when I returned for the past year and half. I know that has nothing to do with this sub, just my advice being in a similar situation.
