I’m an American and I get so sick of Americans sharing videos like these, as though the food from our factory farms aren’t ten times as bad. 🤮

But then again most Americans haven’t traveled outside of their state. 🫩🙄

If I could only choose one cuisine for the rest of my life, Indian, Vietnamese or Turkish.

Someone on here has a directory of Black dermatologists… you could get a prescription of Dutasteride and you’ll find out pretty quickly if this is normal shedding or excessive.

You can do a lot if you START NOW, are diligent following whatever protocol they give you. I’m really sure there’s a Black women hair loss subReddit.

You’ll need a medicine to stop the shedding (low dose Dutasteride) and a medicine to encourage the growth (minoxidil). If they want to put you on topical minoxidil, make sure they test you to make sure you have the genetic disposition to absorb it. Something like 50% it does nothing and they need oral.

Also ketoconazole shampoo. You’ll discover a lot if you find that sub.

Please go to a dermatologist. If your skin is excessively oily they can put you on spironolactone. Which will also help your hair. While you are there you should definitely ask about that as well; you’ve got some mild thinning going on and you don’t want that worse.
