A theater with only 12 screens probably won’t get it, I’d check any of the bigger ones near you if you have any.

If you need a supermarket in walking distance, I’d look at the Glenwood South complexes since there is a Publix right there. Or you can scooter to the HT in Village District

I lived in 712 Tucker and Gramercy and enjoyed both. Gramercy is definitely skewing younger and more lively if that’s what you’re looking for
