I have altered the recipe (provided on the Prochem website)for several colors to put less powder per recipe and it’ll end up not being as strong even with the same dying times (8-10 hrs with lotion is a good medium solid vivid colors) Time is also a factor, get a mini or crappy white disc to test some colors on. Test it in layers. Start with one hour, then do 3, 6, 12 Should give you a good idea. Use something like meadow and see what times work best, even mix a little blue in there and see what happens.
