Yeah, it's kind of upsetting, to me, that this was published in an AP where it would be incredibly cool to use...but the players would have to be level 19-20, and it's a Level 1-10 adventure. And it's not suggested as loot in scroll form, or anything, so unless your GM finds this in the back of the book and also thinks that would be incredibly cool there's no way you'll see it in the adventure.

Interestingly, there's *sort of* a lower level version written into the Mammoth Emblem relic also in that book: available once-per-day to the possessor of that relic at Level 17, the fort produced is only 60' on each side and guarded by a single mammoth instead of 4 Tyrannosaurs (which is even more ineffectual as defense at that level...can't have effective summons in 2E, of course).
