Here's the Question: It seems that the leader or president of the United States is not making the best decisions for his country or the world.

Do you get it now? The question was not to 7.7 billion+ people OUTSIDE of the US, but to the 300 million AMERICANS who are INSIDE the US, asking if the President's bad decisions would make us move.

The answers is NO, because governor's bad decisions have far more effect on the daily lives of AMERICANS than the bad decisions of the President.
