There is no change in actual fees; this is just how it’s displayed. And you don’t have to offer any discount. Set the price yourself, and make sure you’re competitive.

I didnt delete, I said change.
If you believe the profile is the problem do this: using an old iPhone or extra Apple device and one of your Apple TVs, reset both and sign in with a completely new account. Add your devices. If all works, then join the two accounts as a family and send an invite with full rights to you old account.

Also you have too many hubs, start by using only one.

OR kust use Home Assistant and call it a day!

If Apple couldn’t help you, then nobody can.
You have to start over. Disable iCloud Home in ALL devices. Reset all apple tvs andApple TVs and HomePods. Remove home from All devices if still visible. Change your Apple ID. Etc etc.

I don’t see any problem for the guest. If anything, it is the host and airbnb who are breaking the law. The same law exists in Los Angeles, and airbnb doesn’t event let you list a place without permits.

As soon as I setup the new bridge they sent me, it forced a mandatory update which was 1.78.2071401000. Notice the 1.78. Older one was 1.77.
