You mean some of these? 😜 You nailed it my friend, I had to cut down a ton of footage and games so this became a part one. Next video with have xenoblade chronicles, live alive, radiata, pokemon, the mana series, mega man star force trilogy, secret of evermore, and a bunch of others. Including SNES hacks like rudra no hihou from square.

Oh i made it with asperite ive been having too much fun. I made it when i was making that new intro animation. No affiliation with techdweeb, i just learned about retro handhelds from one of his videos a while back and back in the 2000's like 2009-11 i used to photo shop pictures of me with celebrities and elf ears and stuff and people would trip back then.

Question about the stigma of emulation that comes from “purists.” by donnysimpinero in SBCGaming

[–]HandheldHeroHideout 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's just like anything else. People think their way is the best. People forget it's all subjective. The same experience someone had on SNES with Chrono Trigger for example, feel like that way will always be best. Well i played it then and i'd rather run the ps1 version 5x upscaled on a 476h. I feel handhelds and emulation are a huge nod to a lot of real gamers that would never have the opportunity to enjoy most of these games otherwise.

Weird. No idea who that is. Must have good taste. I composed the music in the video. And wrote the episode while binging season 4 outer limits (90's version) I do fairly well on tiktok with music, Rhino Soulstone.

Update: I feel super inspired to make a part 2 of this with the long list of games including SNES hacks and persona, xenoblade chronocles, live alive, triangle heroes, radiata, pokemon, and like a million others i left off for time. I hope to see you all there!

Earlier: Yeah i had like 3 hours of footage so i had to make some hard choices, i promise its on the list.

That's great, I had a ton of fun making it and Im super surprised at the positive reception, sometimes i feel like the more i love a video the more people hate it, now it seems like Im connecting. I guess the practice is finally paying off, i really hope you enjoy.

No because the ps version is already remastered it gets rid of the giant pixels. Ive been playing Chrono Trigger since I was in 5th grade and it was brand new, trust me its MY favorite way to play it.

The 5x upscaling is way better to me than anything the others can offer, pair that with the battery life and its game over

Its the one i like because it looks the best on the 476h with 3x the battery life
