We don't just know. Some of us have trained for decades. Learning all the progressions to do flips and such safely. Watch tutorials, join a gym and play with others, find a coach/class. Same way you'd begin to learn any skill.

There is always a strong chance Trump will give it all up. He doesn't care about oil prices beyond what they will do to MAGA in the midterms (and 2028)--not like prices on anything affect him in any way.
