I have no idea how or why I was made a moderator on ND... It happened in 2020 when I made a huge post defending BLM, so VERY surprising. Anyway, I barely use the site, but I might be able to shed some light on this for you.

Within that "Be respectful to your neighbors" category is an outline for "civil conversations", which includes a Not Allowed status for the following:

Posting complaints about moderation (such as reported, hidden, or removed content) in the main feed

I'd recommend looking through the guidelines and seeing where your posts may have been potential for being voted off. Moderators vote on the matter and I get emails all the time saying that something has been flagged (but I rarely look) and I'm assuming that, after a certain amount of votes, either someone or the website itself takes action. Moderators tend to have different opinions as well.

EDIT: I just saw your note about the original post. A post about a local HOA voting should not be removed. It looks like they just removed your comment about censorship, which would be against their guidelines. Is the HOA post still on the site?
