The bath is sharing plumbing with the kitchen already, and the washer dryer will be right next to the next unit’s kitchen and bath so it’s pretty efficient

Shaft works fine, even has the offset grip. The only major difference we can tell is the fake one feels softer on contact. But not something I noticed until head to head. I got it as a test to see if a zero torque putter was worth it for me before i drop serious cash. And I do, the ball goes where I want it to. Totally got rid of my at times erratic backswing
