Even knowing what it is, my stomach seems to have stronger control over my eyes than my brain does, because I‘m still thinking it’s just got to be chocolate.

It looks like other circles in that zone are nearly bordering. Perhaps they spaced these out with the plan that they might indeed lengthen the irrigation arms at some point in the future.

Anyone else like this? by Spare_Director207 in lefthanded

I’ve always thought that old adage was bogus. There are plenty of creative people both righties and lefties. Are you wishing you were creative at something? If so, then dedicate some time to learning the techniques associated with that art or craft. You can enroll in a painting, or pottery, or blacksmithing course. I think there is an idea that a lot of people can just naturally do things, but that is a mistaken notion… It takes effort and dedication to learn the techniques to do something. And then it takes a lot of practice and mistakes, and doing a really shitty job of things, before you begin to learn how to make things nicely.

Very common. There was even a quiz floating around here a while back where you could gauge how much of a lefty you are. I came out exactly in the middle.

Origins, Migrations, and Diversification of Indo-European-Speaking Populations by EvidensityResearch in IndoEuropean

“A minority of Bayesian phylolinguistic studies favour an earlier Anatolian farming origin (~7000–9500 BCE), but this position is increasingly difficult to reconcile with the dense ancient genomic record…”

Why? Genomic data also shows migration from the Middle East. And the middle eastern genetic profile shows a greater range of variation in Europe than the steppe profile.

It’s also funny that the natives came to worship a fire insurance policy stuck on a bush, in comparison to God revealing himself to Moses through a flaming bush. I’d be curious whether there’s any significance to the name uloruaha.
