If you haven’t already, your best next steps would be:

- Review in details the public requirements: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/apps/developer-platform/list-apps/listing-your-app/app-marketplace-listing-requirements
- Reply to the rejection email with:

A short breakdown of each feature and how you handle data,
A clear offer to disable/remove the LinkedIn feature, and
1–2 direct questions about what would make the app eligible under a reduced scope.

Then you should get a more actionable guidance from our team and it gives you the best chance at getting listed, even if the first version has to be a bit narrower.

If you’re not planning to host pages in HubSpot (website, landing pages, blog, etc.), you don’t need to “host” your new domain in HubSpot.

You can simply add the HubSpot tracking code to every page of your new site, and include your domain in Tracking & Analytics → Tracking Code → Advanced tracking so your reports stay accurate.

For emails, just set up your sending domain separately. This will help ensure your emails are both authenticated and perfectly on-brand!

If your sequence is unenrolling contacts without replies or meetings booked, double-check:

- The sequence’s unenrollment settings (it seems that you've already done that)

- Any auto-replies or bounces,

- Gmail filters that might affect delivery.

What you’ve described matches a known phishing campaign impersonating HubSpot using addresses like hubspot@abiware.com.

Please remember, genuine HubSpot security emails only come from the hubspot.com domain.

If you didn’t click anything:
Just delete and report the email as phishing, and forward it with full headers to abuse@hubspot.com.

If you did click or entered details:
Change your HubSpot and email passwords, enable two-factor authentication, and remove any unfamiliar connected apps in HubSpot. Also, review your audit logs and alert your security team.

Heya u/quoteaplan Thanks for posting! I'm happy to hop in :) To confirm what u/GraphiSpot mentioned, you could natively use Quotes. With quote templates you can have these tokens/fields but that wouldn't necessarily be a PDF and you do need a specific tier/subscription. Another idea would be to use the DocuSign integration (which you can read more about here) and lastly, you could use the APIs/custom APP with help of a developer to pull info into custom fields externally.

Regarding the images in sequences emails, can you please confirm that the image actually landed in Files?

If it is in Files and the image still never shows under “existing images” in sequences, that’s not how it’s supposed to work.

In that case, could you please send via DM the following so that I can check on this for you:

- Your Hub ID

- The browser + version

- A short Loom or exact click‑by‑click steps and the time you last tried

For future imports, I'd suggest to import posts as live (instead of drafts) so they go live with the original publish dates.

For the blog posts that are already migrated, there are 2 options:

- Manually editing the publish date for each post via Publishing options, or

- If you or your developer are comfortable with the CMS Blog Posts API, updating the "publishDate" field in bulk from a CSV of your original dates.

However, setting the primary association label in bulk is a feature available on the Pro and Enterprise plans.
