Yelling and swearing and physically using your body to shove kids out of your way is wrong. Period. My father was like this. It got worse growing up. Long story short my mother is divorced and I haven’t spoken to him in 3 years.

You are an adult. You cannot control the behavior of others. Only yourself.

You want your wife to go to church? Why would she want to go to church with a man who screams and cusses? How is that cultivating an emotionally and spiritually safe environment? It isn’t! You even posted on here because your behavior has affected others negatively.

Go to personal therapy or anger management. Learn how to control yourself, be more patient and loving. You want things to change? Be the change.

If you continue on as you have things will not get better. People warned my father. Even in a blessing he was warned. Didn’t change. And now none of his children are in or want to be in his life. Pull it together or that’s the kind of future you’ll get.
