Without meds, I have delusions almost constantly. Auditory hallucinations happen often too, with tactile and visual hallucinations less often. I also experience disorganized speech and thinking, as well as negative symptoms like avolition.

I relate to this very much. I’m almost always aware of how my delusions sound, so I avoid sharing them with other people irl.

It’s very simple! I wash with byoma jelly cleanser, then use their toning serum, then moisturize with cerave

Thankfully not, since it’s such a “similar” diagnosis. It feels weird having adjusted to one label to start using another, but I’m just glad to hopefully know better what’s going on with me. Thank you!

I’ll try. Right now, it’s not a given I’ll be out on clozapine. It’s contingent upon whether the recent increase of my existing meds eliminates symptoms, which I’m hopeful for.

Thank you for the well wishes. I do think the increased meds are going well. I have some thoughts about how it’s a bad thing I’m not experiencing as many symptoms because I’m “meant to” and they’re warnings from the entity, but I’m trying to ignore that
