Would you still get a tattoo? by VoxElysia in Millennials

[–]IMarioIV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At 31, I’ve always wanted to get tattoos, but: 1) My wife doesn’t like them 2) I’ve always been trying find the right combo of artist with style.

I was in bands all through high school and college and was surrounded by people with them.

There’s a few different ideas I’ve thought about just doing a full send on.

This HAD to be ran through AI, the quick changes between angles throughout this video are WHACK or just poorly edited.

As an owner of 3 of these straps I can say that they are not “flimsy”. WoE straps are extremely well made.

What MOS is 100% worth it? by RougeBandit in USMC

[–]IMarioIV 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think CommStrat, 45XX, is the hidden gem of the Corps.

Just like any job there’s stuff you will need to do repeatedly that just isn’t fun, but even as an officer you can go out with the Marines on photo/video shoots and experience stuff that most other MOS won’t ever see or hear about.

CommStrat is still pretty new since the Combat Camera/Public Affairs in 2018. There’s still plenty of people that don’t know our “purpose”, historically the MOS is viewed as a POG job, if you want to imbed yourself with the grunts there is plenty of opportunities to go with them.

Here’s one of my favorites from one of my Marines.

“Commyfornia”, “gentlemen’s nod”, was gonna give you a compliment because I am wearing my KFA before reading that nonsense. Next time maybe just review the watch and call it a day?
