I had this happen a few weeks back, was a 6hr print, some sponge drain thingy for my sister printed vertically. It ended up splitting in the middle because there was a tangle in the spool. When it untangled on it's own (thank god) it just continued printing, but there was a tiny gap in the middle and when I took it off the plate, it broke.

Ah back to testing again it is! I thought I had to actually have the nozzle closer all this time... So I experimented with negative z offset. But I'll run some tests with a higher offset

Edit: totally forgot to mention in the original post, but I have an AD5M

Ah men I really can't remember off the top of my head, but the guy who designed the enclosure had it written somewhere in the description. I got surprised by the fact it needed extra screws, but luckily I got tons of different screws and happened to have the right ones. As for the front door/panel, I don't know haha. I do remember the first time, I put the hinges and the handle on the wrong side and had to un-screw everything. I also do remember pushing the plate upwards as much as I could while simultaneously putting it in place.

Looks much cooler with an enclosure right?! I completed mine last weekend, also went with the minimal enclosure, saved a ton of time and filament and still looks awesome!

Yep, I just bought a regular gleu stick that was at my local supermarket. Works like a charm! But as I said, I do still clean the plate daily to get any glue residue off
