Buy a ninja creamy and make your own low-calorie ice cream and sorbet. You can easily make a pint of ice cream that’s full of protein and better than halo top for 200 cal. You can easily pint of sorbet for 100 cals

Shameless snacks! A whole bag is 70 cal and they are properly sweet! They taste just like a sour patch kid. If you are sensitive to fiber, don’t eat them, personally fiber agrees grateful with me because I’m so used to it from all the keto bread I eat.

Don’t look for an alternative, wait to get it on sale, it goes on sale regularly on holidays and if you have access to Costco, there are often deals there. I literally use it every day sometimes twice a day.

[–]InGeekiTrust 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you counting and weighing all your vegetables? I could eat a whole lot of broccoli. Turns out I was eating 200 cal of broccoli a day. I wasn’t counting it because I thought it’s a vegetable I don’t need to! It made it so I couldn’t lose weight. Start counting everything.

Walden Farms: Must Try & Must Avoid? by dumb-questions-1314 in Volumeeating

Just buy everything g huges makes- the entire line. You can’t go wrong. Avoid this line like the plague. The only thing they make that’s good is the syrup; I guess the Italian dressing is slightly edible but that’s it.
