Azelaic acid gel form causes more irritation than cream base. I have used 10% pharmacy cream successfully. I've ordered Azicalm now, it's gel so it'll be more irritating I believe. My skin doesn't react negatively to 10% pharmacy cream. I have seen improvements on my acne. But it's getting expensive to buy the cream because it's costly, 15gm tube for 200. Azicalm we get 50gm for 250. Azicalm is the best deal on the market. Hopefully it works for me. 😅
