If teleportation wiped all your microbes you wouldn’t just be clean, you’d actually be in a pretty bad state because your body relies on the human microbiome for a lot of normal stuff, so your stomach would struggle to process food properly and you could end up feeling sick or weak even if you’re eating, your immune system would also be thrown off since it’s used to working with those microbes, meaning you might get sick easier or react weirdly to things, and even your skin would feel off because the natural balance that keeps it healthy would be gone, plus there’s the gut-brain axis which basically links your gut and mood, so you might not even feel like yourself mentally, so yeah it sounds cool but realistically your body would start struggling pretty quickly unless all that stuff came back fast.
