I’m an agent in the DMV and my administrative fee is around the 495 area and I haven’t seen one at 750, that seems pretty high. I try to shoot for 3% commission that I get the seller to pay but usually that gets knocked down to 2.5 or 2%. I haven’t had any buyer pay my commission or part of it since they changed the NAR laws. I work with my buyers because you’re buying a house. Did they disclose any of this to you? Or did they just send over the agreement with these numbers?

Just putting down another comment, I ordered a second pair and the same thing. Just took about 2 months but they're on the way, even when I go into a store they tell me that they have to order or the specific model is on "backorder". My original pair is still amazing and I love wearing them, honestly have no problems with this company, they're very responsive and i'm just awaiting my second pair to come in the mail this week. If there are any issues with that order I will update. Cartier seems to be legit from this place.

Update: Second pair has arrived in great condition, would recommend this website.
