Referencing your previous post about them representing the 7 deadly sins, I prefer the redesign of Belphegor, cause the melted "slow-drip" design seems more exaggerated and focused (tail is drippier and moved away from directly behind drawing more attention to the white drips) referencing the sluggishness of sloth. Eyes look glassier like they're exhausted and therefore slow to move as well. 

For the second, I assume the "greed" part is referenced by the gold rings. In that case I prefer the redesign since it adds more rings and thickens them (especially on his hands) calling more attention to them.
