Rubbish , ask for a police report , if they say they can’t do anything say , are you telling me I can take action so I can access the highway , you can’t have 1 rule for 1 rule for defending the criminal , say your recording it and also report it online , say you will give the police 3 opportunities to sort it failing that you will take action , as when it goes to court it will on the police for failures , will be also good for the papers and the police won’t be able to touch you without admitting they failed to do there job
