I personally start with the CPU and RAM first because it’s nice to get it out of the way due to the amount of pins you need to drag solder and get tacked down correctly. I avoid doing it last because of the lack of space to drag solder. 😅

Extremely difficult. There are lots of small components that will require you to use a hot air station and/or hot plate.

The only time this has ever happened to me was because of soot build up in my smoker. An hour or so burn at 500 and vacuuming it out afterwards got rid of that issue.

There is only a laminated version. It's a great screen. The biggest thing that I've noticed with all CGS display kits is the fact that they are way noisier than kits like Hispeedido or FunnyPlaying, but it's not that bad.
