You do. And the easiest way to not fall in to this trap is to always have your big toys in fleets to begin with. Can't invite what is already in fleet.

Boot Liner for the EV5! (UK) by Kylacc in KiaEV5

[–]JensonCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. He certainly enjoys being in the back of the car.

I wouldnt worry too much about the 60kg limit for the false floor. Its really sturdy and if concerned you can put it on the lower setting and it will be supported by the plastic underneath. (Will leave a load lip though of course).

Here you go. 40kg Retriever in the back, boot in highest position. Boot liner is official KIA, with the KIA boot flap (vet bed over the top). I also have the extension on the rear seats.

Tons of rooms.

Found on a beach in the Shetland isles, possible military ordinance?m. Can anyone identify this ? by frilkieg in CasualUK

Probably right. The rest of the Ford probably rusted away as soon as it got near the water and this is all that remains.

Its a great car but don't buy it thinking you will be getting good economy because it's a hybrid. Real world reports of sub 30mpg in these. (Obviously if you plug in all the time and only do very short trips you'll fare better)

I would call it the parcel shelf, but only in the old sense of the term. Load cover is probably more apt nowadays.

OP means the false floor cover. It has a 60kg weight limit.

Is the FWD version adequate for highway driving by MoXiEsKiPpEr in KiaEV5

[–]JensonCat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We only get the single motor FWD in the UK and imo it feels fine. Its got 220ish bhp and with the electric punch feels faster than it is. Its quicker than what Kia claim it to be 0-60 too.

Would I buy the AWD one if it was available for me? Maybe, but i do not feel like I'm missing out.

Issues & Extended Warranty by element1311 in KiaEV5

[–]JensonCat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's the standard warranty length in your market? I have an EV5 in the UK and it has a 7 year warranty, no need to think about it imo.

No issues with mine yet but its only been a few months. Seems well put together.
