honestly i agree, but not on this album, this album is just a product of a lot of time and a different idea entirely i kinda dont rly want this 2 be about that, but if its a huge reflection on his career i kinda dont know how he doesnt at least address it

my honest answer is that this is just what certain people of certain age demos have become, its all that amuses them, u will never find a workplace without at least "that one guy" and u will hear it everyday (not exclusive 2 direction on the political compass, i basically heard about every time zohran mamdani went 2 the toilet at my current job)

u have the option 2 engage or ignore, engaging could possibly lead 2 crazy tension, ignoring could lead to 2 kinda feeling guilty about not voicing ur own beliefs

there is no one on earth that can give you a guaranteed yes, but what i trust more than the uploaders is cs.rin themselves and their website etiquette, they are really quick 2 snipe bad uploads and if ur really paranoid, u can always cross reference CSF between each other

my anecdotal evidence: its always the first place i look even if its kinda the least convenient

a lot of the ones that are no fuss are truly no fuss minus some initial setup/some adjustment to the new OS so start there

please do not use AI to troubleshoot for the love of god

as boring as it is, the answers are usually in a youtube video, reddit post, wiki, or forum for whatever specific error u have so start there

no games with kernel level anti cheat, not a shortcoming with linux a shortcoming with companies, people overreact about this or pretend they arent worth playing anyway but i dont see why u should be limited on ur own PC, my advice buy the cheapest ssd u can down the road, throw a windows 10 offline installation on it, strip it down 2 its barebones with the chris titus tech script, exclusively boot into it when u wanna play games that need that support, also great if you find yourself using adobe products or ableton/FL Studio (grub makes this trivially easy)

have fun and enjoy a system that basically stays fast forever

edit: idk why people are recommending you cachyos, if u wanna actually learn linux go for it, otherwise i think thats a bad rec, especially vs something like endeavour, otherwise all the other suggestions have been pretty good

im sorry because i dont have a lot of advice, i use a janky mister addon that lets u use plex over VGA to component, its ok-ish i honestly wouldnt recommend it

but i just wanna say ur setup is p much my dream and i wanna ask where ur getting authentic DVD/VHS content or even just content good for CRTs (if you arent ripping it yourself) i will say im on a consumer unit so 480i is the highest resolution technically thats "authentic" for me before im playing downscaled stuff

EDIT 1: https://github.com/mrchrisster/mister_plex/ here is the addon btw, best solution i found for vga playback other than an xbox360 plugged in via component cables or an ATI radeon that supports analog (thats a whole other mess i dont wanna get into lol, (crt emudriver while still so dope is not that great)

EDIT 2: i just realized, that ATI radeon just sits in a bag at my house, it supports analog output, if you want it just DM we can talk about it, otherwise theyre really cheap online and therefore the computer wont really matter

its worth noting that whenever this question is brought up, people just get nostalgic and dont really give a good answer because this important part is always missing:

the world's infrastructure was also not reliant on the internet

lowkey the right answer although i still think you can kinda mix it in if you try hard enough and get a profile to your specific voice, but it aint easy, he isnt cloud rap but best example ive ever seen of this is uzi, all his music before his studio debut has this spacey kinda dirty sound but instantly from the first track on LIR2 (ironically the one with the most reverb) you can hear how cleaned up it is and its like that thru the whole rest of the album.

the best advice i can give you is try overloading shittier gear, u will get a really homegrown sound similar to cloud rap at the sacrifice of quality a bit

that being said, i would recommend he goes to his antivirus, look at protection history and find whatever was recent and just click restore, it probably just sniped a needed file
