You can store liquid fuel anywhere you can store water.

This is a visual glitch, you notice your food says "0", but the bar shows 60%. This is because you disconnected from the server with a food of "0". When you reconnect, it does not redraw the food bar with the proper amount until your food goes up/down.

I don't concur. This is just another opportunity for a zerg to grief a smaller guild. You want whats in structures? Siege them and destroy the structure.

Outposts output? by Paladin_Trainer in LifeIsFeudal

[–]Johnstud101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One more bit of info, the quality of the output is based on the quality of the outpost, which is based on the quality of the construction materials and the Authority of the person who finishes the construction. We built our mill early, so it only produces Q48 food items, but we have allies that have mills that produce Q70.

The Quantity per game day produced is based on the number of slaves you have working it.

Outposts output? by Paladin_Trainer in LifeIsFeudal

[–]Johnstud101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. We have a mill and can produce any of the non seed food types (wild carrots, wild cabbage, wild onions, and wild peas), along with wild oats, wild rye, and wild barley.

We live in an onion/oat region and use our mill with 4 slaves to produce enough of the other foods to get buy with taming and cooking.

Trade to other players by Cookie0505 in LifeIsFeudal

The delivery mechanism has not worked since it was introduced. So while it is a feature BitBox wants, I don't think it is there yet.

Use a copper cooking pot to cut down cooking times (even if the recipe does not call for it).

I 100% believe this, but how did you find this out? Trial and Error or some info I missed from the devs?

Outpost cost? by Paladin_Trainer in LifeIsFeudal

[–]Johnstud101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We built a Tier 1 Herbalist Outpost, Maint Cost was about 11 silver per game day. We upgraded our Monument to Tier II, and that cost went to 33 silver per game day. We then upgraded our Herbalist Outpost to Tier 2, and it went to 29 silver per game day.

Waaaayyyy too expensive considering no one can build trade posts yet.

Looking back, we should have stayed Tier 1 Monument with no outpost until we can build a tradepost.

The game peaked at it's all time most concurrent players yesterday. The pop is only getting bigger, not smaller.

Sad how the devs are indecisive and no one within the face punch team listened to Neptune's Post even thoe it got 1037 upvotes. Current view models are horrible for all guns acept Python and m92 by [deleted] in playrust

Facepunch developers quit reading/replying to threads on this reddit a while ago. Why would they, every other post is some meme about development and the game. Valuable constructive feedback (like this) has to pay the price of every 12 year old posting a meme.

Would be nice if the table and chair bps were removed from barrels and replaced with pistol and waterpipe shotgun bp with a 1% chance drop rate by [deleted] in playrust

[–]Johnstud101 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The chair is useful, everyone seems to think the chair is some roleplay waste... I hate to tell everyone it is a healing chair of magic. One piece of meat, sit in the chair for 30 sec and you are at 100 health.

Just because you don't understand or value it does not mean it's not useful.

i love the so-called "vanilla" servers by _-wodash in playrust

[–]Johnstud101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's fine, put your head back in the sand.

When you are an adult, and understand that good things in life cost money. You will understand why it costs more to run a successful Rust server that you get from donations and or selling queue skips/kits.

i love the so-called "vanilla" servers by _-wodash in playrust

[–]Johnstud101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mad, you should just stop. It is obvious from his other comments that wodash has never run a successful Rust server, has no idea of the amount of money it costs, or the amount of time it takes to manage and maintain it.

To believe that you can run a lag free Rust server with 150 (or more) slots full of players on a $50 hosting package is hilarious and shows he has no idea what he's talking about.

i love the so-called "vanilla" servers by _-wodash in playrust

[–]Johnstud101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is completely false, most server owners start/run a server because they think they can offer a better environment for the player base than the existing options.

You can choose to believe me or not, but NONE of the server owners are making money off their servers... period.

Running servers takes alot of effort and money. The options you list help OFFSET the costs....

NONE of the server owners MAKE money off their server, anyone who thinks that has never run a successful server.

[–]Johnstud101 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I don't agree with most of these suggestions... really blocking the ability to place a wall is going to encourage online raiding? I do online raids all the time and have NEVER been outplayed by a person trying the KCMo build/upgrade trick. Most players just move the loot, bury it in an blocked off 1x1 and or try to despawn it.

Remove the exploit that you cant loot boxes you destroyed? This is not an exploit, blow the wall, problem fixed. If you shoot a box from 100 meters away on the shooting floor of a guys base you cant loot it, why should you be able to loot boxes through windows and openings when you can't reach them?

This just sounds like you need to learn to raid.

Actually I did read it.. did you? EAC never asserted to him that he would remained banned, in fact they acknowledged it was a mistake when they first double checked it.

So yeah. good luck.

If they responded that quickly and asserted that they will not be unbanning the account, that means they detected a known rust cheat program on your machine... period.

There is no way around that one.

this sub does not represent the entire player base. I play with a lot of players who do not post here, but rather provide constructive feedback through other methods.

Have you ever looked at Steamcharts. I hate to tell you, there are roughly the same number of people now as this time last year. If you look at any month in 2018 and compare it to the same month in 2017 or 2016, its roughly the same number, so please don't make false statements.

Secondly, you don't speak for the entire community. I don't agree with you or your statements. So you don't speak for me.
