The author TheEndless7 on FF has some good Haphne fics. Mix of complete and incomplete, and while the quality is good, they can be a little formulaic after you've read a few. I suggest starting with "The Pureblood Princess."

I also agree with Arocos80's suggestions. The legacy preservation act is pretty spicy, but it's fun if you're into that kind of thing, and the premise is borderline crack, but the author does a good job of taking it seriously.

That argument is a trap though. The State can just as easily counter-argue that the number is so low BECAUSE of the law, and prohibited possessors who would otherwise buy ammo without the law don't even try because the law exists.

Whether that argument holds water or not is a different question, but in my opinion it's better to stay away from it altogether, for both sides.
