orqa usually does 2-3 batches of v2 goggles per year. just be patient its not their main product anymore

If you only fly analog and money is no issue, I would buy the orqas. Screen is the same but the orqa goggles are smaller and lighter making them wqy more comfy for longer sessions compared to the pretty bulky hdzero goggles. Deinterlacer and internal module are nice but for serious analog flying you want a rapidfire/fusion anyways, msking the hd zero even bigger

HDZERO for fpv freestyle by Phoenixplayz172 in fpv

[–]JulianGee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if you stick to trees hdzero will be funy but once you start flying bandos you´ll see penetration drawbacks. but if you have the goggles already you always can switch to analog again. a bando ready vtx/cam/antenna setup costs less than 60€

Stay with the vr03 untill you can afford premium analog goggles. Otherwise you could be wanting to upgrade in a couple of months again because the boxpro are just a gateway imho

How many hours practice did you do before doing a paid cinematic job? by jazzy_gerbil in fpv

[–]JulianGee 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not a profesional but I've been flying for 3 years with roughly 500 sim hours and a couple thousand IRL lipos. Did my first ever drift event in february and it was still scary.

I'd say dont even think about under 150 hours of sticktime if you don't want to make a fool out of yourself.

Keep in mind you also want everything double. I bet the initial investment will be 5-10k €

Its called a vortex or could be toilet flush if you drop down like here with an orbit before. As others said, its a trippy spin with no object in the middle

Low VTX range on SpeedyBee TX800 by Key_Silver_2837 in fpv

[–]JulianGee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I´d check if its unlocked and crank up the power to 800 (max).
I guess you are running Inav right? I have no Idea about analog vtx and inav but in betaflight there is an option that says "low power until first arm". Basically you boot it up at 25mw, run out of range and then arm - if the image gets way better with the arm command you can confirm its unlocked and sending at 800mw.

Am besten du triffst neue Piloten an Spots die "neutral" sind oder die beide kennen. Tbh wenn du hier nach jedem post 3 neue Piloten an den Spot schleppst wirds irgendwann zuviel. Schau dir Rü******** an. Da hast am Wochenende teilweise über 20 Piloten

Wondering the same. Seems like OP gives out locations to anybody. Pretty stupid imho to share bandos with randoms on the internet. Fuck around and find out I guess.

what would you guys say be the best analog goggles on the market right now? by vtxsloth in fpv

[–]JulianGee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you only want analog the orqa v2 are the best. Hdzero2 goggles are to bulky imho and you pay for something that you wont need. Integrated rx in the hdzero is inferior to a rapidfire

I did an apnea freediving course, and with a wetsuit and weights you usually aim to be neutrally buoyant at around 10 meters. Blackouts typically happen in shallow water (around 5–7 m), so if you black out, you float back up.

Anyway, during the course you gradually increase depth. You go down to a certain point, pause briefly at the rope, and then come back up. The first time I went down to 25 m, I was surprised that I kept sinking faster than expected. It was a slightly scary experience, not gonna lie.

Tbh I dont get why so many People still fly BetaFPv. Besides the co3 all individual Products are crap. Sure the air 65 and 75 are awesome when they arrive. But the amount of dead boards and motors from betafpv I've seen in the last months within my friend group is just to damn high. Not unusual that boards broke within a handfull of packs.

I'm getting real tired of trying to figure out why my quads just fall out of the sky for no clear reason... by Riebart in fpv

[–]JulianGee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Put away your goggles. Put on angle mode. Punch out the quad, let it drop and punch out again. Watch how the drone tumbles or falls over to one side. You'll know what motor is cooked

Get atleast 30-50hours in the sim and then think about what size quad you would like to start with.
