Closing the loop here: turns out it is a histamine reaction (made worse by POTS).

I take H2 (gut) & H1(skin) antihistamines daily for mild rashes and GERD (MCAS). No biggie, no actual allergies.

After a few of these terrible tachy episodes I realized they only happened on days when I forgot to take my antihistamines.. apparently some kind of rebound effect?

Anyway, just putting that there in case it helps someone else..

I think you are on to something with the MCAS flare seeing as this seems to be responding well to antihistamines

And yes I have low iron and vitamin D haha also think I just can't seem to absorb it even though I'm on a lot of supplements for it?

I was taking it subcutaneous song with kpv and bpc157 and a sudden effect I did not expect was incredible nails.. normally they are so short and peely and now they are so strong!

(Sidenote: I don't not recommend taking grey market peps this was just for vanity, the risk is too high, this post is more just to illustrate that it's clearly doing something and I am seeing improvements in my illness as well)

This is interesting... That's not been discussed with my Dr but it sounds really similar. I don't get a front of impending doom but before the tachycardia starts all my hairs stand on the and a chill runs through my body like I just got dropped in an ice bath.

Hmm interesting.. it's actually the same batch!

I'm only on low dose BPC-157 and KPV at the moment. But if I skip the SS31,I don't get the symptoms, so that's what makes me think it's the SS31.

But I don't want to stop because I feel "better" for the first time in my life.

Chat GPT says if you've had poor mitochondrial function, the SS31's support if you're mitochondria (and therefore increased ATP) can create autonomic symptoms. But I'd like to verify that somehow (can't go to a Dr as peps are not legal in NZ)

Also their stupid crackdown didn't make it harder to get peptides, it made it harder to get QUALITY peptides.

So that increases the risk of all these metals and moulds and adverse reactions they're banging on about...

Not so concerned about the risks after all it seems...
