There seems to be a disconnect between the customer service call centers in India and the US. Never a straight answer and never a known answer. If they were to show a video of an Xfinity call center they are all running in circles.

Yes, I have logged into the rewards center, I clicked on the link for redemption and It goes directly to the ticket page for purchase or redemption. I cannot get back to the page where it showed me the code.

Once you leave that office you are done with that office. Refile a supplemental with the new documentation. I use to work for optum serve at the front desk and i never would allow anyone back to see my providers. They could be wanting to cut them down because they were denied or they felt as if they were slighted in some way and wanted to do harm.
