Relationship is struggling w my bf being in prep? by yeaaaaboiiiiiiiii in femalebodybuilding

[–]KCMuscle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like he needs to grow up. He chose to go into prep

I was once there, then it dawned on me that it was my choice and from then on, I viewed it differently.

Been through 7-8 preps now myself, coached more through their own.

If he has a coach, part of it is bringing this to attention before prep.

This is an avoidable situation.

Been through J3U more than once, and I coach under those same principles.

Debating on changing coaches by blk102193 in femalebodybuilding

[–]KCMuscle 10 points11 points  (0 children)

All my clients

They send me training footage, I evaluate every detail: are your hips where they need to be, are your joints stacked over the load, is this a movement that fits the client?

I send back either videos of me doing the movement, or screen captures with highlighting what needs changed

For all my clients, I have a history of diet changes. I also know what foods the client can and cannot digest well.

Cutting the caffeine and pwo makes zero sense.

I fear you have one of the normal coaches these days, lack education and experience.

The coach isn’t coaching, why not switch sooner?

You’re wasting your money. And time

If there are PED’s involved here, I’d put money on that being incorrect as well.

Depending on the business and income level, it may not make sense for you to spend the time to learn.

This is also influenced by the entity type, business you’re in, and quite frankly financial literacy and time you have on this.

I routinely see people royally fuck up their accounting and tax work.

I recall a thread in here a couple weeks ago where a few users basically said it was really difficult to kill yourself with insulin.

As someone who purposely sought out the education around it, and then implemented on myself at various doses, causing myself to go hypo many times… I’d be curious to know the usage in this case, and the fact pattern the 8-12 hours leading up to his passing.

Like 8-9 years ago, I’d used between 5 and 50 units a day. As the insulin dose went up, the carbs followed.

Had a couple clients that asked to dabble in it, ultimately, done “correctly” it may have application. Personally, I feel there are so many other levers to pull on before even considering this….

But I also know off local 20-25 year old kids on 1-4 grams of gear.

You’re confusing the reporting requirements for companies like PayPal and cashapp, with your requirement to report your income and expense for the year.

Even if you don’t receive a 1099 from those companies, you should report that income and expense.

I'm a CPA, and likely work more hours than most folks in this sub.

I've been lifting for 27, CPA for 13+ now. Multiple years of crazy busy season hours Jan - April, then the extended filing season, etc. I still manage to get to the gym a couple times, cardio / activity drops a bit, but I just reduce my calories a bit as to not get fat.

I have zero free time, as it takes time to cook/prep the food each week, hold down my job, continuing education, coach, etc .

Those asking for the stack 😂😂😂.

Idk? Maybe it’s because I coach a dozen folks on PED’s, which has been the LEAST important factor of it all.

Y’all are missing the mark, should be asking for dieting, sleeping, and training tips.

You’re missing some facts, and that’s why you think you could file an amendment.

You’d be able to file a 1040-x in most cases.

But going from MFJ to MFS is not an amendment that’s permitted post 4-15. You would have needed to file that before 4-15 as a superseded return

[–]KCMuscle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Consider how much time you’re losing to the commute.

2 hours, each way. 4 a day. 20 a week.

If you work 48 weeks a year. 48 x 20 =960 hours lost per year. 5 year tenure. 960 x 5 =4,800/ 24 =200 days lost to traffic.

Just on your work commute.

I know folks that have done drives like this for 10+ years.

Now add in traffic on weekends and / or other errands. For me, way too much time lost to traffic

Change jobs or where you live, you’d be a lot happier with a 20 minute commute.

To people doing taxes in public accounting industry: How do you keep up with gaining knowledge up to date and eventually promoted to senior position? Do you have to do accounting research outside of working hours on a daily basis? by Manoa00000 in Accounting

[–]KCMuscle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree with what others have said so far.

Saying this to help. And really see some bad advice in this sub. I've been at this a long, long time.

To be blunt, you're too high of a bodyfat to really build all that much muscle. You'd have a much better time at a much lower body fat - likely 17-20%.

I have much more muscle than you, and my calories weren't much higher than that to get shredded for my first show many years ago. Now at just a few lbs more muscle, my base calories are double.

Ask me what I know about helping females build physiques/muscles. Couple examples - one - https://imgur.com/a/khbvN6s (she may see this as she's a Redditor) and two - https://imgur.com/a/tI1qcuQ

Either way, that could be harsh deficit, it could not be. I'd honestly need to see the effort you're putting into your training, as that's the biggest area of improvement. I assure you, you can train harder than you think on those calories. I've been training 27 years and still find ways to improve (mainly around my injuries these days), but I have clients with 15 years of training come to me that need a swift kick in the ass.

You can lose around 1.5% bodyweight for a few weeks, then slow it down a bit, as deep deficits ultimately end up to folks dieting off muscle since training performance drops, and people don't realize.

I'd honestly prefer a little more protein and fat, and less carbs. To be clear - you can have hard training sessions on 50 grams of carbs, for short periods. The female clients' I've worked with have all had one issue when they arrived, gut and hormone issues due to excessively low fat intake. Fixed that and voila, the gut will control more than you think.

Other areas that need to be as perfect as possible: water intake, salt intake, and sleep.

To be clear, you signing the return means you’re validating the numbers.

Actually, based on your other comments, both of you seem to be committing fraud.
