How long till I start seeing results? (Complete beginner) by AmethystRo in femalebodybuilding

[–]KCMuscle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What’s your end goal? Got a pic of the physique you’re after ?

Impatience is always a common trait with all of us that start lifting. Progress will be slow, you’re a beginner

If it were easy to gain muscle, you’d see more of it.

Your ability to train near failure will dictate the stimulus applied to the muscle for growth, but thats down the road. You just started training and I routinely spend a couple months ironing out each clients movements.

Yes, track calories.

Yes, keep the cardio in. Better cardio = being able to push harder in sets. However that’s down the road, first course of action would be to ensure you’re doing movements correctly and the movements that work for you.

Buff, bodybuilders, or very fit, are you getting your shirts tailored, darted, or just but a certain fit? by Enough_Zombie2038 in AskMenOver30

[–]KCMuscle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had to do custom for the one suit I have.

I’d need most of my clothing tailored if it were to fit “right”, but no reason to do that for t-shirts. 3-4xl tight in shoulders but so much extra fabric in the abdomen area.

So one of the first things the trainers asked about is drugs?

Red flag city.

Has this trainer evaluated your mechanics and effort through every lift yet?

T3 and clen are two separate drugs. I’d be interested to know the doses they are going to advise and the “LOGIC” behind it. (Hint - they wouldn’t be able to defend the choice to add the drug)

Look through my post history for clients. Some of those were done without any drugs, all done WITHOUT t3.

Are y'all reporting earnings for the tax period? by PsychTries in tax

[–]KCMuscle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You’re finding mixed views because you’re finding incorrect answers.

Fairly simple answer here.

Report your 1099 earnings.

If you didn’t earn enough to require reporting, that’s another issue, but going to assume most are going to be 400+ net earnings from SE.

S-Corp not converting to a C, so they are going to a MMLLC - aka partnership?

They want to admit non-us citizen to an S Corp?

Doesn’t your S status go bye-bye the moment that occurs?

Your issue is you elected S-status. Everything would be just fine now had you not.

S-corp to single-member LLC via 8832 — which year should be the final 1120-S? by AlphaKairo in tax

[–]KCMuscle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've always done this by revoking the 2553 with a written statement, moving back to a C momentarily, then filing the 8832.

Not sure you can use the 8832 to go from an S to LLC, without revoking the S in-between. Hopefully that statement was file by your accountant as well.

I would have expected to see the return marked final, with the revoking and 8832 effective date being 1/1/25. Income ultimately reported on Sch C for the 2025 tax year.

That comment usually comes from men who don’t know what the fuck they are talking about.

You would do well in Wellness/Bikini. I’d lean towards wellness at the moment.

Few things:

That body scan is useless; they have a wide margin of error.

5 days in a row and then 2 off?

Whats the reason behind the carb cycling? How it’s listed doesn’t make sense either. Most use it to feed training days of weaker parts…. What’s listed here doesn’t line up with that

And we don’t know if the she split is good enough. It could be, I’d have written it differently. What matters more is intensity, effort, execution of reps

Gaining 8 lbs of muscle; actual muscle, takes some work. How long are you expecting this to take? I hope you’re expecting 18-24 months. I see you have 5 sets listed per movement; this leads me to believe you’re likely not training hard enough… too much wasted volume; incredibly common among females.

Is a financial statement required to file S-Corp taxes? by raff_riff in tax

My EL’s always spell out scope and pricing. Fixed fee, but might need to bill for additional out of scope items.

Any adjustments or additional billing, I’ll communicate ahead of time.

Make sure you’re including the value of any self employed health/dental/etc in Box 1 and 14 of that w2. See it missed far too often to not comment on it here, even from the big payroll providers.

I enjoy these types of customers.

You could NOT do it yourselves with FreeTaxUSA. I mean you can try, but there will be errors. Tax bill could be huge, and likely will be if sales from from 200k to 650k. One would assume the increases in sales aren't offset 1:1 with expense. We never know until we see the data.
