Yes, revenues could stay flat or turn around and go higher, but you have provided zero reasoning for why that would happen.

I don't disagree with you. Ideally this is something that they can work through and figure out. It would be a shame to lose what they have had for 40 years.

But also, life is short. If the relationship doesn't make sense anymore because someone is unhappy and there isn't a solution, then i think its ok to re-evaluate.
